Payment Process
出国留学 program payments are divided into four categories:
这 退还的 fee will vary depending on the study abroad program. The amount for each program will be displayed on the online brochure as well as on the cost breakdown you will receive during the mandatory advising. 这 fee will be billed to your 365bet student account after acceptance to the program.
All study abroad program fees/payments 将 be billed to your Student Account on the listed deadline dates, and will vary depending on the program. 你可以付钱 directly to your student account at the Cashier’s window in Ellington or online through 美联社万仕达. You cannot pay the study abroad program expenses directly to the 365bet faculty coordinator. 这 amount should 不 be paid to the study abroad program account.
Once billed, students have 30 days to pay before a hold is placed on their account. 学生 must have paid all fees prior to their departure date.
学费 for study abroad courses should be paid into your student account as they are normally paid for on-campus courses. You can make payments online through 万仕达 or make payments at the Cashier’s Window in Ellington. 学费 should 不 be paid into the study abroad account.
学费 payments must be received by the deadline date established by the program and no later than the university’s mandatory drop period established for non-payment 的学费. If a student’s courses are dropped due to nonpayment or failure to confirm or validate courses, then the student may be removed from the study abroad program.
If you are participating in an exchange program that requires you to pay housing and a meal plan at 365bet, this amount will be charged to your student account.

If you are enrolled in an approved study abroad program AND the credits earned through the study abroad or exchange program applies toward graduation requirements in your declared program of study, you may be eligible to receive financial aid. 资格 is contingent upon your financial aid eligibility for the full academic year. 学生 in a semester exchange program are required to register full time (minimum of 12 credit 小时). If you plan on using financial aid, you will first obtain all of the cost information from your study abroad counselor and then make an appointment with a financial aid study abroad counselor to discuss your eligibility. In meeting with the 金融援助 study abroad counselor, it will be determined what funds are available to participate in a study abroad program. Upon review of the eligible 基金, study abroad advancement can be issued (if applicable) to pay for your program cost until your funds are available.
Deadlines to apply for a study abroad advancement:
- Summer programs: deadline is 5月1日
- Winter and Spring Break: deadline is 12月1日.
If a problem develops with your financial aid and you decide not to participate in the program or any other problem occurs, you are still responsible for repaying the amount borrowed from 365bet. Therefore, you should immediately contact the financial aid representative for study abroad to discuss your options. Also, please submit the online cancellation form found under "Withdraw from a 出国留学 Program" on the menu to your left.
